Its already been proven that we can clone animals in 1997. Since then its been a debate should we create more animals for future use? It would make a major impact on the amount of animal based resources we take in like milk, beef, chicken ,eggs and etc. It could also do major thing for the environment.

Genetically Engineered plants and their ethical impact on our Medicine and Science: We currently have more then plenty of foods that are genetically modified in some way. But some believe there are health risk. Many test have been given to see if GM foods were good for the community and so far there are no problems. But people against GM foods disagree and say its a problem because nobody monitors the wide spread health of the people. In the world of medicine though this is quite a bad thing because it causes health risk to pregnant women and their babies. Test show that female rats fed GM food had there children die on them more likely. It also caused testicular problems on male rats. Some also had fals

- They did test on rats by feeding them GE foods.

- Could cause health issues.

Genetically Engineered humans and their ethical impact on our Medicine and Science: In the world of science cloning has always been a big topic, but what if we really could clone a human being. People argue that humans aren't meant to be made with humans hands and that it's gods work. But if it were possible we could easily isolate the best traits in the human body and make a genetically modified super human. But to get there we would have to risk countless embryos just to get a full comprehension of it. In the field of medicine it would make a huge impact if we could create a human who would have a higher tolerance to sicknesses and a immunity to most diseases.
Facts:
- There is two types of genetic screening; screening of children and adults, and screening on unborn children.
- The first type of genetic screening used was screening of newborn children for PKU deficiency. This test was made compulsory in USA in 1960's.
Pros:
- Genetic screening also works out economically, because it is cheaper to treat patients before serious damage is done to them by a genetic disease, than to keep sufferers in institutions.
- Genetic screening may help predicting a cancer, and can be used to warn people to avoid agents that causes more mutations like smoking.
Cons:
- After the rapid progress in this field during the last decade, several issues of the consequences of the new technology began to appear, which in many cases have a negative effect on those people whose genetic tests reveals that they are under risk of some genetic diseases.
- A genetic screening on an unborn child could detect something that isn't there. In other words, the screening could falsely 'predict' something.
